Traffic jams are inevitable: Change in the movement scheme on the Near Circumference of Krasnoyarsk is planned.
Rewritten Article:
Prepare yourself, citizens! Tomorrow, April 17, on the Krasnoyarsk Bypass section (border of the city and Emelyanovsky Raion, between 1 and 5 km), the traffic flow will undergo changes due to a major overhaul. Reminders abound, as this stretch of road is about to receive a massive renovation.
As per "KrUDORE," only one lane will be open in each direction for automobiles. Barriers and signs have already been installed on the premises. The repair work on this section, costing close to 1 billion rubles, will be undertaken by OOO "NBS-Sibir'" and includes asphalt-concrete paving, installation of new barriers, placement of new signs, and most importantly—improved lighting. Currently, traveling during the dangerous section with its uphill and downhill stretches at night is a nocturnal endeavor in pitch darkness.
In addition to the Krasnoyarsk Bypass, repairs will also be carried out on the overpass across Prospekt Kotelnikova (an extension of the Bypass). This tender was won by the same company for 1.8 billion rubles.
All work on the western exit of the city, which falls under the nationwide project "Infrastructure for Life," is expected to be completed by 2027.
Roadworkers express their apologies for any temporary inconveniences and request drivers to take the road restrictions into account.

CRDOT (City Road Department) noticed new road signs appearing along the winding stretch and the removal of the median separating opposing lanes even during the past weekend—at the beginning and end of the road segment, near Drokin City, and close to the repaired interchange at Drokin.
Notably, traffic in this area is typically dense,
especially during holidays and warm weather when Kraskoyarsk residents flock to their countryside homes, the airport, and lake-bound destinations in the southwest of the region. So, expect significant and prolonged traffic congestion.
