Transformation of Small Business Operations Accelerated With Funding of $4 Million for Agentic AI

UgenticAI, an AI holding company based in the UK, is making waves in the industry with its focus on agentic AI—AI systems that autonomously manage complex business functions with minimal human oversight. The company, led by CEO Anik Singal, has recently secured $4 million in funding to support acquisitions, team growth, and infrastructure development.

With this funding, UgenticAI aims to build or acquire agentic AI companies that serve entire business functions, such as sales, content creation, and customer support. This sets UgenticAI apart from traditional AI tools that only automate features or require continuous human intervention.

The company's mission is to educate small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) about the transformative potential of agentic AI. By replacing full-time roles with autonomous software agents, businesses can scale in ways previously unaffordable or impractical.

Looking ahead, UgenticAI plans a $350 million Initial Public Offering (IPO) in about 2.5 years and envisions growing into an AI conglomerate valued over $3 billion. The company operates as an incubator and roll-up platform, providing investment and active support rather than just funding startups, emphasizing scalable agentic AI development and integration.

Currently, UgenticAI manages a portfolio of AI-driven businesses, providing centralized resources while allowing for independent growth. The agentic AI companies within the portfolio operate independently, making decisions and completing tasks with minimal intervention.

It's worth noting that over 76% of the 450 million SMBs globally have not yet adopted AI tools. UgenticAI's mission to educate SMBs about the benefits of agentic AI could potentially revolutionize the way these businesses operate.

In addition to the recent funding, UgenticAI has already completed four acquisitions and is negotiating three additional deals for 2025. However, CEO Anik Singal did not disclose any new information about these deals or any new initiatives for integrating the AI companies within UgenticAI's portfolio for scalability.

Anik Singal believes the opportunity in AI lies in building or acquiring agentic AI companies that serve entire business functions. He emphasizes that agentic AI is not about eliminating jobs, but enabling businesses to do things they couldn't afford or scale before.

As UgenticAI continues to expand, it's clear that the company is poised to make a significant impact in the AI industry, particularly for SMBs. With its focus on agentic AI and its mission to educate SMBs about its potential, UgenticAI is set to revolutionize the way businesses operate.
