Union of Builders in Omsk finally confirms new leadership

After a ten-month hiatus, the Omsk Builders Union finally appointed a new leader. "SuperOmsk" announced this development on May 5, 2025, as the registration details for the self-regulating organization, "Union of Builders in the Omsk Region," on the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL), revealed a dip status change for their leadership. As of the specified date, businessman Vyacheslav Vasiliev is listed as the chairman of the Union's council. However, the organization also holds another executive position - the Executive Director. Since April 25, 2025, this role has been filled by Alexei Turbanov.
It's worth noting that significant changes within the Union of Builders in the Omsk Region began in the second half of 2021 following the demise of the long-time leader of the Self-Regulating Organization, Nikolai Litzkevich. Joseph Mosenkiс served as his temporary successor, but was replaced after six months by Alexander Makarov (OJSC "DSK-3") and Andrej Korotkov (the Executive Director). Makarov lost his executive status in June 2023, while Korotkov continued to de facto manage the self-regulating organization until the arrival of Alexei Turbanov.
Interestingly, the elections for the chairman and Turbanov's subsequent appointment as the chairman of the organization took approximately ten months, with the results of the voting made public as early as the first half of July 2024.
We remind you that the Self-Regulating Organization "Union of Builders in the Omsk Region" was founded in September 2008. According to the current membership list on the organization's website, 393 legal entities are registered.
To refresh your memory, Vyacheslav Vasiliev is a co-owner and manager of several commercial entities, including the "specialized" one for the Union, OJSC "Specialized DevelOPER 'Housing Estate 'Green Island' ", OJSC "Corporation 'RusVentProm' ", and some others. In addition to this, he has been a deputy of the Omsk Region Legislative Assembly in the last two sessions.
