In the regions served by the Volga-Vyatka Bank, including Nizhny Novgorod, Tatarstan, Perm Krai, Vladimir Oblast, Kirov Oblast, Udmurt Republic, Chuvash Republic, Republic of Mordovia, and Republic of Mari El, the introduction of the SberTips service has brought about a notable impact on tipping culture and revenue in restaurants and cafes.

The success of SberTips hinges on its adoption rate among customers and service staff. If widely adopted, it could lead to an increase in tipping as it offers a convenient digital payment method for gratuities. The service's convenience and accessibility have made it easier for customers to leave tips without the need for cash, potentially increasing the frequency and amount of tips left.

For establishments, increased tipping could lead to higher employee satisfaction and potentially better service quality, which in turn could attract more customers and boost overall revenue. However, the effectiveness of SberTips may vary across different regions due to differences in economic conditions, cultural norms regarding tipping, and the prevalent use of digital payment methods.

The SberTips service is currently available in over 1,000 establishments within the Volga-Vyatka Bank's territory.
