Accolade and Conseq Acquire Custom-Built Aluprof Facility in Poland
Accolade, a European investment group focused on sustainable industrial infrastructure, and Conseq have jointly purchased the 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I warehouse facility from 7R. This build-to-suit (BTS) facility, spanning over 20,000 sqm, is fully leased to Aluprof, a leading manufacturer of aluminium systems in Poland.
The acquisition provides Aluprof with a facility tailored to its operational needs. The warehouse and office space were developed according to Aluprof’s functional and technological specifications to enhance efficiency, safety, and modern working conditions. This supports Aluprof’s warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics activities, enabling smooth production and supply chain operations.
Aluprof is part of Grupa Kęty S.A., a major European supplier of aluminum systems for windows, doors, façades, roller shutters, and sunshades. Operating in over 50 markets worldwide and employing almost 3,000 people, Aluprof's global reach is significant.
Accolade, on the other hand, is a European industrial real estate investor with a broad portfolio across multiple countries, focusing on sustainable industrial infrastructure. The acquisition reflects their confidence in the region’s industrial real estate market and Aluprof’s business prospects.
7R, a prominent developer of high-quality commercial properties, developed this BTS asset to meet Aluprof’s exact needs before selling it to Accolade and Conseq. The transaction was led by partner Magdalena Zienkiewicz from the Warsaw-based team of a global law firm, with senior associate Jakub Kowalczyk, associate Magdalena Olechniewicz-Blocher, associates Karol Truszkowski, and Wojciech Jaskulak, and counsel Jan Wszołek as part of the advising team.
