Yakut TEC performs hydraulic trials
Yakutsk Thermal Power Plant, a subsidiary of RusHydro Group, will initiate a series of hydraulic tests on its heating networks starting from June. The tests, to be conducted over two stages - June 2-4 and June 9-11, aim to detect any potential pipeline defects, ensuring uninterrupted and reliable heat supply for the forthcoming winter.
As the heating season ends, Yakutsk TPP commences immediate preparations for the next, with hydraulic testing remaining a critical and effective method for identifying pipeline faults. This process allows for timely repairs to guarantee the system's efficiency and reliability.
The tests will encompass heating networks stretching approximately 487 km. During these periods, consumers will experience a reduction in the temperature of supplied hot water. Responsible organizations are directed to ensure secure disconnection of the heating systems and refrain from any work on the networks during the testing phase. To ensure safety, residents are advised to exercise caution, keeping a safe distance from outdoor heating networks and avoiding parking vehicles nearby.
For any questions or concerns regarding the tests, reach out to the Yakutsk TPP Dispatch Service at 215-663.
The industry of energy is a focus for Yakutsk TPP as they prepare for the next heating season, conducting hydraulic tests on their networks, primarily in finance to allocate resources for potential repairs. This process in the energy sector helps maintain reliability and efficiency during winter, ensuring that residents have uninterrupted hot water supply.
