Yakutsk Launches 18 Tenders for Heated Bus Stops
The administration of Yakutsk has launched 18 tenders for renting out heated bus stops across the city. The tenders, announced by local authorities, offer a range of monthly rent prices starting from 6 rubles up to 8,600 rubles.
Interested parties can find the tenders on the website torgi.gov.ru. The tenders specify that 50% of the total area of the premises must be allocated for passenger waiting areas, with the trading area not exceeding 50% of the total area.
The sale of excisable goods is prohibited, but non-food goods, printed publications, and food products under certain conditions are allowed. The deadline for submitting applications is February 20-22. Previously, local activist Galina Dyakonova had advocated for improved management of heated bus stops in the city.
The administration of Yakutsk is inviting businesses to participate in the tenders for renting out heated bus stops. With a wide range of rent prices and clear guidelines on usage, the tenders aim to enhance the city's public transport infrastructure.
